What is your Money Back Policy?

Our 30-day Money Back Policy gives you times to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the receipt date. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification.

Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 30 days?

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day money back policy.For this you will have to mail us on contact@classe.co.com

How do I return the product to classe within 30days?

  • Contact our customer care team at contact@classe.co.com.
  • As soon as we receive your request we will courier you a Classe tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.
  • Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by classe .Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
  • Once your package is ready, just contact our customer care team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  • In some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of classe jewellery
    You will not be charged anything for this return shipping.

Once your returned item is received by classe, your refund or new item will be processed.

What is your Exchange Policy?

We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on all purchases made from Classe, within India. If the product, along with diamonds and gemstones, if any, is intact, you may return it for the current value of all the materials with a minor deduction towards melting and recovery costs….etc

This means your product's current value of gold, diamonds and colored stones will be determined based on product specifications and the current price determined by classe. If you had received a discount or a free gift while making your purchase, we will be deducting the original discount amount or free gift value, whichever applicable. Alternatively, you can choose to return the free gift as well.

A 10% of this amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 1,000, will be deducted towards melting and recovery costs. This will be done on a per product basis, in case you are returning multiple products.

You will be given a voucher for this value which remains valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase anything, except gold coins fromClasse. Please note that this voucher cannot be en-cashed.

Can I commission a custom design?

Please mail our Customer care team and they will be able to help you. You can customize the gold karatage and the diamond colour-clarity combination online as per your choice.

Can I get the jewellery in a different gemstone or metal not offered on Classe?

Please mail our Customer care team and they will help you with possible choices.

Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?

Yes you can request through our mail contact@classe.co.com then our customer care team will help you to process your order with best way.

Does Classe sell Conflict Free diamonds?

Rest assured, Classe.co.com uses only conflict-free diamonds which are obtained from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified.

What will my packing be like?

Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive classe packaging boxes.

Is my jewellery authentic and certified?

Jewellery bought from Classejewels.com is certified jewellery and diamonds.

I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?

Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for Rs 500. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.

Can I re-size my Ring?

Incase your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and free shipping. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable on re-sizing requests received within 30 days of receipt date.

Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?

What is your return policy for solitaires?

We have a 30-Day Back Policy that is meant to give you sufficient time to make sure that your purchase is perfect. If, for any reason, you feel the need to return your solitaire, we will be happy to provide you a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the receipt date. Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?

All sales prices are final and classe does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?

We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 30 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge.  

What if there is a problem with my purchase?

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 30 days. 

Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?

We don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else other than classe. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 30 day money back and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.

How much does it cost me to have a classe product delivered to my home?

Classe provides free shipping on all items within India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Same Day Shipping section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days. 

The rest of our products are 'Made to Order' and it takes us 2 to 19 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address.

Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.

How the delivery will be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. 

How safe is my product?

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep and we only work with reputed and established courier services for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Does Classe deliver internationally?

Yet classe is not launch internationally.

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer care team on contact@classe.co.com for assistance.

For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.
